Introducing Property Powwow Community CIC: widening access into property knowledge, confidence and opportunity across Kent

Posted on 28th March, 2026

Property Powwow Community CIC has been created to widen access into property knowledge, confidence-building and supportive learning pathways for people who might not normally step into property spaces.

Through conversation-led environments and connections with experienced local professionals, the CIC aims to help individuals across Kent explore realistic opportunities and rebuild confidence step by step.

For many people, property can feel like a closed world — full of unfamiliar language, assumed confidence and networks that are hard to access from the outside. Yet with the right encouragement, guidance and community around them, it can also become a route into stability, opportunity and long-term resilience.

This work is personal to me.

Like many people, I’ve experienced life-changing events that temporarily shifted my direction and confidence. Over time, rebuilding mindset, learning step by step and being supported by experienced people around me made a real difference. It showed me how powerful community knowledge-sharing can be.

Through Property Powwow Community CIC, the aim is to create:

• accessible entry points into property understanding
• supportive conversation-led learning environments
• connections with experienced local professionals
• pathways into ethical and realistic opportunities
• encouragement for people rebuilding confidence after setbacks

Property Powwow itself is already becoming part of that journey — creating a welcoming space where conversations happen naturally and people feel able to ask questions, share ideas and learn from one another.

Property Powwow Community CIC is now beginning early conversations with local organisations, professionals and funding partners who share a commitment to widening access into opportunity across Kent.

Through collaboration, we hope to support individuals who are exploring new directions, rebuilding confidence after life changes, or simply looking for a welcoming place to begin learning about property in a supportive environment.

As the CIC develops, we are building relationships with partners interested in contributing through:

• sponsorship• partnership working
• social value contributions
• small grant funding

These partnerships will help create accessible pathways into knowledge, confidence and opportunity for people who might not otherwise see property as a space open to them.

If this is something you or your organisation would like to be part of, I would be very pleased to connect.

Property Powwow Community CIC is being built with a simple aim — supporting people first, and creating opportunities that grow through community.
