Guest Insight Contributors at Property Powwow - Spring/Summer 2026

Posted on 30th April, 2026

One of the things I’m building into Property Powwow is the opportunity for local landlords, investors and property professionals to hear short practical insight from people actively working across the sector — while still keeping the evening conversation-led rather than stage-led.

Property Powwow is designed as a conversation-focused property networking evening rather than a traditional seminar-style speaker event. Each meeting includes a short guest insight alongside structured introductions and open discussion between landlords, investors, agents, brokers, trades and property professionals in the room.

The aim is to create a welcoming environment where people can build genuine relationships, share experience openly and continue conversations beyond the meeting itself. Insight contributors are featured in the printed agenda so attendees can follow up afterwards if they wish, helping the room function as an ongoing local property community rather than a one-off networking event.

This approach reflects the community-first ethos behind Property Powwow, which is being developed with a strong focus on collaboration, accessibility and practical knowledge-sharing. As the network grows, it is also being shaped with the intention of working towards B Corp alignment, supporting a long-term commitment to responsible business practice and positive impact within the local property community.

Recent and Upcoming Insight Contributors

Property Powwow includes short practitioner insights from people actively working across different parts of the property sector.

Recent and upcoming contributors include:

Emma Howitt

Emma shared insight from her own property journey alongside reflections on mindset and confidence when building a portfolio.

May – Bobby Nagpal

Property entrepreneur and former elected councillor with over 20 years’ experience across investment, development and specialist guaranteed-rent models, including long-term contracts with organisations such as the NHS, MoD, MoJ and Home Office.

June – Azid Gungah (Quiddity Group)

Azid will be bringing insight from a planning and infrastructure perspective, helping attendees better understand how planning considerations influence development opportunities and local property decisions.

July – Adem Lacin (PropReviewPro / Anson Capital)

Adam will be demonstrating investor deal-analysis tools designed to support smarter acquisition decisions and more confident portfolio growth.

Supporting Investors with Practical Tools

Alongside guest insight contributors, Property Powwow also introduces attendees to practical tools they can use immediately within their own property journeys.

Current attendee benefits include:

• free trials to Property Filter
• extended trials to PropReviewPro

These partnerships are designed to give landlords and investors access to resources that support real decision-making between meetings — not just during them.

A Local Property Community for Medway and Kent

Property Powwow runs on the second Monday of each month at Christine House, Rainham (Medway) and brings together a growing mix of:

  • landlords

  • investors

  • agents

  • brokers

  • trades

  • developers

  • supported housing professionals

  • and people starting their property journey

As the community continues to grow, the intention is to keep building a space where people can connect, learn from each other and strengthen their property knowledge through real conversations.

Tickets are available via the website.
